THIS LAND IS IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE, so a long access road is required, and they are proposing taking over residential lots from our neighborhood. If you believe in responsible growth, please email our leaders and say something like this "I am a resident of Prince William County (or of northwest Fauquier County) and strongly oppose JR Real Estate's plans to develop the Buckland Preserve in Broad Run Virginia. The land contains sensitive ecological resources that connect to the Broad Run tributary which residents like me rely on for good health. Additionally, neither Thoroughfare Road or Route 15 can safely accommodate the required increase in traffic, and the proposed location of the main road is over private subdivision lots."
